Laurie Burke, PsyD

Dr. Burke received her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology in 2008. As part of her training she completed a predoctoral internship in forensic psychology through Western State Hospital in Washington State. From 2008 through 2024, she worked with forensic clients at Oregon State Hospital in various roles, including the completion of violence, suicide, and psychosexual risk assessments as well as court ordered fitness to proceed and criminal responsibility evaluations. In 2018 she became an Oregon Certified Forensic Evaluator and started completing forensic evaluations as part of a private practice. Dr. Burke is also committed to training. She supervises postdoctoral psychologist residents and predoctoral practicum students in the practice of forensic psychology. Dr. Burke serves on the Oregon Forensic Evaluator Review Panel where she reviews forensic evaluations to ensure they meet Oregon Administrative Rule requirements.

Brianna Mintz, PhD

Dr. Mintz, a Certified Forensic Evaluator, received her doctorate in counseling psychology in 2022. As part of her training, she completed an externship at Oregon State Hospital during which she conducted forensic evaluations and provided evidence-based individual and group therapy to adult, forensic, inpatient clients with serious mental illness. She completed her post-doctoral training at Burke Forensic Evaluation Services. Since 2022, she has completed a variety of forensic evaluations, including: fitness to proceed, criminal responsibility, sentencing, psychosexual, and violence risk assessments. Dr. Mintz also supervises predoctoral practicum students in the practice of forensic psychology.

Megan Wise, PsyD

Dr. Wise, a certified forensic evaluator, received her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology in 2018. As part of her training, she completed a predoctoral internship through Augusta University, with a primary placement at East Central Regional Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Since 2018, Dr. Wise has worked with forensic clients at Oregon State Hospital. Initially, she worked on an inpatient unit for competency restoration clients. In Fall 2019, she moved to the Forensic Evaluation Services department at Oregon State Hospital where she completes fitness to proceed and criminal responsibility evaluations. Dr. Wise is currently available for fitness to proceed, criminal responsibility, sentencing, and general psychological evaluations.

Mike Wojtkowicz, PsyD

Dr. Wojtkowicz, a certified forensic evaluator, received his doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology in 2018. As part of his training, he completed a predoctoral internship at the Oregon State Hospital. After internship, Dr. Wojtkowicz worked with justice involved youth at the Children’s Farm Home. Since 2019, he has conducted fitness to proceed and criminal responsibility evaluations of adults through the Forensic Evaluation Service department at the Oregon State Hospital as well as juvenile fitness to proceed evaluations with Trillium Family Services. In 2024, he transitioned to working with patients adjudicated Guilty Except for Insanity (GEI) at the Oregon State Hospital - Junction City campus. Dr. Wojtkowicz also serves on the Oregon Forensic Evaluator Review Panel where he reviews forensic evaluations to ensure they meet Oregon Administrative Rule requirements. Dr. Wojtkowicz is currently available for fitness to proceed, criminal responsibility, and sentencing evaluations.​

Nicole Stanasolovich, PsyD

Dr. Stanasolovich, a certified forensic evaluator, received her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology in 2024. Prior to this, she received a Master of Counseling in 2017 and worked for two years providing evidence-based treatment to adults civilly committed as sexually violent persons in Washington State. As part of her doctoral training, she completed a predoctoral internship in forensic psychology at Harris County Juvenile Probation Department in Houston, Texas. She then completed her forensic postdoctoral fellowship at Child Study & Treatment Center in Lakewood, Washington. Since 2021, Dr. Stanasolovich has conducted a variety of forensic evaluations with adults and juveniles in both private practice and state-run settings. She is also currently working on obtaining her certification in Oregon as a Clinical Sexual Offense Therapist. Dr. Stanasolovich is currently available to conduct the following evaluations for both juveniles and adults: fitness to proceed, comprehensive psychological evaluations for sentencing purposes, psychosexual risk, violence risk assessment, and juvenile waiver evaluations. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Austyn McGuire, PsyD

Dr. McGuire received his doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic psychology in 2025. As part of his training, he completed a predoctoral internship with the Hawaii Psychology Internship Consortium, with primary placement at the Department of Health- Family Court Liaisons Branch. In this role, he provided mental health services and psychological evaluations for youth in juvenile detention and correctional facilities. He has also trained in private practice and juvenile justice settings in Washington and Oregon completing psychological evaluations and providing therapy services. He is completing his post-doctoral training at Nexus Forensic & Psychological Services, gaining advanced experience in a wide range of forensic assessments.
